HOW DOES REFLEXOLOGY WORK?

Working the feet triggers a reflex action in a corresponding gland, organ or in other parts of the body.  When pressure is applied to these reflexes on the feet it increases blood flow, unblocks nerve impulses and enhances the body's healing system and brings your body back to balance.  

  • Reduces tension, stress and anxiety

  • Promotes relaxation

  • Improves circulation - blood and lymphatic

  • Returns the body systems back to balance

WHAT ARE THE CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR REFLEXOLOGY?

  • Are you a transplant recipient?

  • Do you have varicose veins, phlebitis, blood clots, or deep vein thrombosis?

  • Do you have gangrene, athlete's foot, plantar warts or any open sores?

  • Do you have acute compartment syndrome?

If you have answered yes to any of these questions reflexology may be harmful and means that caution needs to be used. ~ Let's chat about these before booking an appointment.​

YOU MAY FEEL:

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY AND THE ZONE FACIAL LIFT TREATMENT?

Facial reflexology is a sequence of moves on the face where body mapping techniques are applied, whereas the Zone Face Lift includes extra face lifting techniques.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN I COME IN?

When you first come to the building, enter through the side door on the south and follow the stairs up to a cozy country styled office room. Feel free to leave your shoes at the door, and walk in ready to put your feet up and relax. Depending on your preference, you have the option to leave the windows open for some sunlight, or relax in a darker atmosphere.

For each treatment, whether it is the feet, ears, face, or combination of, each client will recieve their own personal treatment plan according to any requests, or upon a general assessment.

WHAT IS COUNTRY SOLE'S CANCELLATION POLICY?

All of your appointments are very important to me and I understand when life gets busy. However, in the case of short notice cancellations you will be charged a fee. Cancel less than 24 hours notice and 50% of the cost of the appointment is to be paid. Cancel on the day of appointment and pay full price.
